At Pebble Sleep, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every mattress we make. Each product is designed to provide lasting comfort, durability, and exceptional support. To give you peace of mind, all Pebble Sleep mattresses are protected by a 10-Year Limited Warranty.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Coverage includes:
- Sagging or body impressions greater than 1 inch not caused by improper support
- Physical flaws in the foam or mattress materials that cause cracking or splitting
- Manufacturing defects in the cover, seams, or zippers
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or an increase in softness over time
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper foundation support
- Burns, stains, cuts, or other physical damage
- Mattresses used in commercial settings
- Products sold by unauthorized retailers or resellers
Length of Warranty
Your Pebble Sleep mattress is covered for 3 years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another owner.
Requirements for Coverage
To maintain eligibility for warranty coverage:
- The mattress must be used on a solid, supportive foundation or bed frame.
- The product must be free from stains or contamination.
- Proof of purchase must be provided when filing a claim.
Our Commitment
If a defect is confirmed, Pebble Sleep will, at its discretion:
- Repair the mattress at no charge, or
- Replace it with the same or comparable model.
Pebble Sleep reserves the right to charge for shipping and handling on approved warranty replacements.
Filing a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email our Customer Care team with:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
We will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Limitation of Liability
Pebble Sleep’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
