Our "Fresh & Fair" Policy

At Pebble Sleep, we do things differently than the big "bed-in-a-box" brands. We don’t have dusty warehouses full of stale inventory, and we believe you shouldn't have to pay for someone else's returned mattress.

Every Pebble mattress is Hand-Crafted to Order right here in the USA.

Because we build your mattress specifically for you—and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and affordability—we have a focused return and exchange policy. By cutting out the costs of mass returns, we can offer premium American craftsmanship at a fraction of the traditional retail price.

The Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your mattress is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Because of strict hygiene standards and our commitment to selling only brand-new products, we cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been opened or used.
  • Returns must be shipped back to our facility. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at support@pebblesleep.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
  3. Refund: Once we receive the item and verify it is in its original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defects & Warranty

While we do not offer comfort exchanges on used mattresses, we stand firmly behind the quality of our build. If your mattress arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
