How long until my mattress ships?
We build your mattress to order and ship it within 5–7 business days of your order. After dispatch, allow 3–7 business days in transit, depending on your location.
What if I don't love it?
You have 120 nights from delivery to decide. After a 30-night break-in, email support@pebblesleep.com to arrange a return. You cover return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your mattress, we issue a full refund with no restocking fee.
How firm is each mattress?
Lite + Pure are medium (5/10). Luxe + Latex-Luxe are medium-firm (6/10). The comparison table above has the side-by-side.
