1. Where are Pebble Sleep mattresses made?
All Pebble Sleep mattresses are proudly made to order in the U.S.A. using high-quality, eco-conscious materials designed for durability, breathability, and support.
2. How long will it take to receive my mattress?
Because each Pebble Sleep mattress is made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production and shipping. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
3. How are Pebble Sleep mattresses shipped?
We roll-pack and compress our mattresses into durable, easy-to-handle boxes for convenient delivery right to your door. Simply unbox, unroll, and allow up to 48 hours for your mattress to fully expand.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Pebble Sleep offers free standard shipping within the continental United States.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, additional shipping costs may apply.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund.

6. Can I exchange my mattress for a different size or firmness?
Yes. If you’d like to exchange your Pebble Sleep mattress, simply contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. Once your original mattress is received and inspected, we’ll begin production on your replacement.
7. What is covered under your warranty?
Every Pebble Sleep mattress includes a 10-Year Limited Warranty, protecting you against defects in materials and workmanship.

8. What kind of base or foundation should I use?
For optimal performance and to maintain warranty coverage, we recommend a solid, supportive foundation or platform bed frame. Avoid using slatted bases with gaps larger than 3 inches.
9. Does the mattress have a break-in period?
Yes — it can take about 2–3 weeks for your body to adjust to your new Pebble Sleep mattress as the materials settle and conform to your unique shape.
10. How do I care for my Pebble Sleep mattress?
To keep your mattress in top condition:
- Use a breathable mattress protector.
- Rotate your mattress every 3–6 months.
- Avoid bending or folding the mattress once expanded.
- Spot clean only with mild detergent and water.
11. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
