Where are Pebble mattresses made?
Handcrafted in the USA, in our family workshop. Every mattress is built to order — nothing sits in a warehouse.
How long until my mattress arrives?
5–7 business days from the day you order. We build each mattress after you click buy, then ship it fresh.
How is my mattress shipped?
Compressed and roll-packed for safe transit, with free standard shipping anywhere in the continental US. Once unboxed, allow up to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand.
How do I reach customer support?
Email support@pebblesleep.com. Real humans, usually within a day.
120 nights to decide.
Sleep on it for four months. If it's not the one, we take it back.
How does the 120-night trial work?
You have 120 nights from delivery to decide. After a 30-night break-in, if it's not right, email support@pebblesleep.com to arrange a return. The customer covers return shipping. Once we receive the mattress, we issue a full refund. No restocking fee.
Can I exchange for a different size or firmness during the trial?
Yes. Contact support@pebblesleep.com within the 120 nights and we'll arrange the swap.
Is there a break-in period?
Give it 2–3 weeks. New foam settles, your body adjusts. We ask you to sleep on it 30 nights before initiating a return so the trial is a fair test.

How do I care for my mattress and what foundation should I use?
Use a breathable mattress protector. Spot clean only — never machine-wash or saturate. Rotate the mattress every 3–6 months for even wear. Use a solid, supportive foundation or platform bed frame; avoid slatted bases with gaps wider than 3 inches.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship for three full years from delivery. Reach out to support@pebblesleep.com with photos and your order info, and we'll take care of it.
