At Pebble Sleep, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every mattress we make. Each Pebble Sleep product is designed to deliver lasting comfort, support, and durability. To give you peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 3-Year Limited Warranty on all Pebble Sleep mattresses.

What This Warranty Covers

Your Pebble Sleep mattress is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase.

This includes:

  • Visible sagging or indentations greater than 1 inch not caused by improper support or misuse

  • Physical flaws that cause the foam to split or crack under normal use and proper handling

  • Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, seams, or zipper

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal increase in softness or comfort adjustment over time

  • Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or unsanitary conditions

  • Mattresses used on an improper foundation, frame, or base

  • Physical damage including burns, cuts, tears, or stains

  • Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers

Eligibility Requirements

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Mattress must be used on a solid, supportive foundation or bed frame.

  • Proof of purchase is required to validate any warranty claim.

Our Promise

If your mattress qualifies for warranty replacement, Pebble Sleep will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the mattress at no cost to you, or

  2. Replace it with a mattress of equal or greater value (shipping fees may apply).

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care team with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Limitations of Liability

Pebble Sleep’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only. Under no circumstances shall Pebble Sleep be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
